Mal-Mart is created entirely from donated time and moolah. We estimate our operating costs at around $10,000. This includes equipment and supplies to build, secure, and power the structure. Our construction costs are around $4,000 while we assume another $2,000 in electrical, $1,500 in equipment transportation, $1,500 in design, with $1,000 remaining for inevitable changes or price increases.

We are in need of many large-scale items. The list includes generators (solar panels or gas powered), massive amounts of breathable red and blue fabric, and a sound system. Though we are professionals from all walks of life, due to the nature of the Black Rock Desert and weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that any donated items can be returned in working order. So make sure it's something you can live without just in case!
